Battle of the Obesity Experts!

Sam Feltham and Zoe Harcombe "battle it out" over 5-a-Day!

UPDATE:

I've now asked him how he was eating in 2010.  He's already, in another tweet, said he was lifting 2X/day back then for a competition in Men's Health.  Due to time constraints he only lifts 12 min/week now.

the scientists and skeptics have done far more evolving of their opinions than you have - including vast quantities of arguing among themselves to try to iron out their own biases and prejudices.

Where's your massively parallel, distributed, feedbacked - corrected process and how many hundreds/thousands of PhDs (theoretical, and experimental, from many fields) have contributed?

This process doesn't guarantee the easy answer (and hasn't produced a quick and easy answer that also lets people eat infinite calories), but since they're not in the business of making empty promises, not in the business of making money by blowing smoke into orifices they don't need to provide the easy answer if the easy answer is the wrong answer.

Low T was correlated to loss of lean body mass, muscle size and strength. Low estradiol was correlated to higher body fat.
